What you agree to

Photos, videos and audio you add to a repair request — for example of the rating plate, the problem, a machine sound or a spoken description — are used to diagnose the problem.

They are shared with the MendSetGo technicians who review your request, and may be analysed by automated tools (including AI) to read the rating plate, describe what is visible and write out what you say.

What we do not do

We do not publish your photos, videos or recordings, and do not use them for advertising.

Keeping and deleting files

Files are kept with your request. You can ask us to delete them. (Retention period to be confirmed.)
