MendSetGo provides in-home appliance repair. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the MendSetGo app and how we use it.

What we collect

Your mobile number (to log you in with a code), your name, email and the address where the appliance is.

Details of your appliance and its problem, your answers to our questions, and the photos, videos and audio you add.

Technical information such as your browser type and a shortened, one-way form of your internet address, used to protect the service from misuse.

How we use it

To diagnose the problem, prepare a repair price that a technician confirms, arrange the visit and contact you about your request.

Automated tools, including AI services, help analyse the information you give. They do not decide your price; a technician does.

Who we share it with

MendSetGo technicians handling your request, and service providers that run the app for us (hosting, text messages, AI analysis), who may use it only for that purpose.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can log out at any time.
