The MendSetGo app helps you describe a problem with a household appliance so a MendSetGo technician can prepare a repair price before visiting.

Please give accurate information; the price depends on it.

Diagnosis and prices

The diagnosis in the app is an estimate. A technician reviews it and confirms your price before any visit. The final price may change if the technician finds a different fault on site; you will be asked before any change.

Safety

If the app shows a safety warning, follow it and stop using the appliance. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Your account

You log in with your mobile number and a code sent by text message. Keep your phone secure, and log out on shared devices.

Payments, visits and cancellations

Terms for payment, scheduling and cancellation will be added with the final version of these terms.
